For the company performance in the previous fiscal year (from july 1,2004 to june 30, 2005),even though the hotel business and golf course business have been affected from the Tsunami catastrophe from january to june 2005 (the second half of fiscal year 2004/2005), the Board of directors, the Executive Management and all MBK's employee have full intention and ability in order to keep the performance's stability by maintaining the net profit of Baht 1,001.61 million or earning per share of baht 6.62 which was nearly the net profit of fiscal year 2003/2004.
