PST develops lands for sale Most developments are project for residential purposes.Products are mainly single houses, divided into 2 categories, i.e. finished houses and houses construction to order. In the previous year, PST developed 36 plots currently remain unsold.In addition, a 61-plot residential project in an area of about 38 rai at the Loch Palm Golf course in Phuket is being developed and expected to be open for sale in the third quarter of 2005
 
   

n the previous year, PST has implemented various strategies to enable to complete with the orther property developer as follows:-

1. To procure potential to develop residential projects and study the existing land banks those could be developed to be feasible projects.

2.To expand our business base from Bangkok to orther major provinces such as phuket, Surat Thani, etc.

3.To exphasize in housing designs with attractive styles while maintrem utmost area usage and providing many technology systems to facilitate customers.In addition, PST also plans to constitute green area community to build up healthy environment in every projects.

4. To emphasize in quality of housing developed by granting 1-year warranty since the transferred date to customers, and providing 24-hours security system in the project.
